In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
icmp: Fix a data-race around sysctlicmperrorsuseinbound_ifaddr.
While reading sysctlicmperrorsuseinboundifaddr, it can be changed concurrently. Thus, we need to add READONCE() to its reader.
