Libsoup is an HTTP library implementation in C. It was originally part of a SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol) implementation called Soup, but the SOAP and non-SOAP parts have now been split into separate packages.
Security Fix(es):
GNOME libsoup before 3.6.1 allows a buffer overflow in applications that perform conversion to UTF-8 in soupheaderparseparamlist_strict. Input received over the network cannot trigger this.(CVE-2024-52531)
