on kernel built with MAX_SKB_FRAGS=45, where SKB_WITH_OVERHEAD(1024) is smaller than GRO_MAX_HEAD.

Such built additionally contains the revert of the single page frag cache so that napi_get_frags() ends up using the page frag allocator, triggering the splat.

Note that the underlying issue is independent from the mentioned revert; address it ensuring that the small head cache will fit either TCP and GRO allocation and updating napi_alloc_skb() and __netdev_alloc_skb() to select kmalloc() usage for any allocation fitting such cache.(CVE-2025-21868)

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:

atm: Fix NULL pointer dereference

When MPOA_cache_impos_rcvd() receives the msg, it can trigger Null Pointer Dereference Vulnerability if both entry and holding_time are NULL. Because there is only for the situation where entry is NULL and holding_time exists, it can be passed when both entry and holding_time are NULL. If these are NULL, the entry will be passd to eg_cache_put() as parameter and it is referenced by entry->use code in it.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:

rtnetlink: Allocate vfinfo size for VF GUIDs when supported

Commit 30aad41721e0 ("net/core: Add support for getting VF GUIDs") added support for getting VF port and node GUIDs in netlink ifinfo messages, but their size was not taken into consideration in the function that allocates the netlink message, causing the following warning when a netlink message is filled with many VF port and node GUIDs:

echo 64 > /sys/bus/pci/devices/0000:08:00.0/sriov_numvfs

ip link show dev ib0

RTNETLINK answers: Message too long Cannot send link get request: Message too long

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:

posix-cpu-timers: fix race between handle_posix_cpu_timers() and posix_cpu_timer_del()

If an exiting non-autoreaping task has already passed exit_notify() and calls handle_posix_cpu_timers() from IRQ, it can be reaped by its parent or debugger right after unlock_task_sighand().

If a concurrent posix_cpu_timer_del() runs at that moment, it won't be able to detect timer->it.cpu.firing != 0: cpu_timer_task_rcu() and/or lock_task_sighand() will fail.

Add the tsk->exit_state check into run_posix_cpu_timers() to fix this.

This fix is not needed if CONFIG_POSIX_CPU_TIMERS_TASK_WORK=y, because exit_task_work() is called before exit_notify(). But the check still makes sense, task_work_add(&tsk->posix_cputimers_work.work) will fail anyway in this case.(CVE-2025-38352)
