Red Hat Lightwell has released com.jayway.jsonpath:json-path 2.8.0.rhlw-00001 with a backported security fix.

CVE-2023-51074: json-path v2.8.0 was discovered to contain a stack overflow via the Criteria.parse() method.

This patched artifact is a drop-in replacement for com.jayway.jsonpath:json-path 2.8.0 from Maven Central.
